Hotel Policies

We keep the right to hold £100 deposit to any guest, before checking in the room. We are strictly a No Smoking hotel and we expect you to leave the room/s on your departure as decent as possible!
Being an Airport Hotel, we aim to accommodate all our guests' needs, so, although our check-in hours are 14.00 – 24.00h, if we have a room ready, you can check in from 06.00 h. Also, if you arrive later then midnight, all you have to do is ring the front door bell, there is always someone here to check you in at any time.
Check-out is usually 11.00h next morning, but it’s also flexible, according to our availability.
Our cancellation policy is 24h, so if you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please do so at least one day before your arrival date. In case of a cancellation on the day or a no show, we charge the card provided for the full amount of the first night of the stay.
We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card: Amex, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Switch.
Please be advised that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the hotel premises.
For the comfort of our guests there are no pets allowed in the hotel at any time.
